R ather than you hiring in-house staff, and paying wages and benefits, TMV production services can offer Skagit Valley College Foundation (hereafter SVC Foundation), the benefits of an advertising agency at an affordable rate.
Transmediavision (hereafter referred to as TMV) has extensive experience in media production and strategic communications, which would allow for a smooth and collaborative experience in the full process – from concept to delivery/publishing.
